Description:


DSV - - Responsibilities: Direct the operations of the CSR team to achieve prescribed objectives.; Respond to all requests (internal and external) in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.; Coordinate all inbound and outbound activity for assigned accounts; Process and input all customer orders.; Run shipments from WMS and generate all related paperwork for customer work orders.; Assist in training and mentoring associates on SOPs and safety procedures
