Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work assigned shift, including weekends and required overtime during peak seasons
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30-40 lbs. as needed
• Ability to work in a food production environment and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled production and warehouse areas
• Reliable transportation to and from the Westerville facility
• Authorization to work in the United States
