Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a women's fashion house to hire a Senior Financial Analyst.
This two-three month, temp assignment is 5 days/week onsite in New Albany, OH. There is potential to extend.
The pay is $35-$40/hr.
Plays a key role in financial analysis, planning, and decision support for the loyalty program and private label credit card, two of the most critical drivers of customer engagement, lifetime value, and profitable growth. As a strategic finance partner to Marketing, Customer Insights, and FP&A leadership, and a key liaison to external partners… you'll translate customer and financial data into insights that shape program strategy and investment decisions. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of FP&A Brand Finance.
The impact you will have…
Loyalty & Customer Economics
- Own financial analysis of the loyalty program, including customer lifetime value (CLV), retention, frequency, spend lift, and incremental margin.
- Partner with internal Marketing teams and external loyalty agency to evaluate program performance, offers, and rewards. Be comfortable with challenging assumptions to ensure initiatives drive profitable growth.
- Support test-and-learn initiatives with internal and external partners, measuring ROI and identifying opportunities to evolve the program toward best-in-class performance.
- Analyze customer segmentation and behavior to inform loyalty strategy, investment decisions, and program roadmaps.
- Model
Private Label Credit Card (PLCC)
- Lead financial analysis and forecasting for the private label credit card program, including enrollment, spend behavior, rewards economics, and overall profitability.
- Build strong working relationships with the external agency and internal related partners (Marketing, Field leaders, etc.); serving as a financial thought partner who brings insight, rigor, and a growth mindsight.
- Collaborate with external and internal partners to optimize program economics, fee structures, and marketing incentives.
- Deliver weekly and monthly executive-level reporting with actionable recommendations to improve program performance and customer engagement.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenarios for loyalty and credit initiatives, incorporating inputs from internal teams and external partners.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for customer programs, including risk and opportunity tracking.
- Provide disciplined ROI analysis and decision support for new loyalty features, offers, and credit-related investments.
Reporting & Executive Insights
- Develop clear, concise dashboards and reporting that tell the story of loyalty and credit performance.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for FP&A leadership and senior executives.
- Support leadership reviews with focused analyses that highlight trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.
Cross-Functional & External Partnership
- Serve as a finance partner to Marketing, Customer, Analytics, and external agencies and issuers.
- Apply financial rigor and data-driven analysis to challenge assumptions and strengthen program strategy across internal and external partners.
- Help ensure loyalty and credit programs remain competitive, financially sound, and aligned with long-term growth objectives.
You'll bring to the role…
- FP&A or financial analysis experience, with retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex analyses, apply sound judgment, and influence business outcomes.
- Experience analyzing loyalty programs, private label credit, or customer-level data preferred.
- Proven success partnering with cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive aligned, data-backed decisions.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience building ROI-driven models to support strategic investments.
- Strong understanding of retail and customer economics, including sales, margin, promotions, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to synthesize insights, challenge assumptions, and present recommendations.
- High-potential individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and seeks expanded responsibility.

This is a W2 position.
