ABM Industries - - Responsibilities: Clean and maintain assigned area; Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areas; Regularly check trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all designated areas; Notify lead cleaner or manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems; Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
