Ross Stores - 3628 West Dublin Granville Road - Responsibilities: Maintains a safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.; Gathers theft indicators and communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.; Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring and identifying suspicious behavior.; Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.; Represents and supports the Company brand and maintains professional appearance.
