Front Office Specialist

Our Advance Dentistry team is growing and we're looking for some incredible team members to bring into the family!

The particulars:

  • 401K with employer match
  • Medical insurance

  • Monday-Wednesday, 6:45-4:00; Thursday, 7:45-5:00; Friday, 7:45-12:00

About the role:

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients as they arrive
  • Nurturing the practice-patient relationship (from the individual's very first face-to-face interaction, all the way through their 100th visit)
  • Helping create a positive, productive, supportive, & constructive in-office experience for every individual
  • Helping facilitate misc. patient-communication tasks
  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Placing outbound phone calls
  • Confirming & scheduling patient appointments (in person &/or by phone)
  • Communicating with affiliated health care organizations -- other dental practices, etc.
  • Helping execute misc. Front Office tasks
  • Collecting payments
  • Assisting with insurance verification
  • Providing support on all other tasks associated with the department's day-to-day responsibilities
  • Contributing to the growth & evolution of Front Office operations
  • Working collaboratively to refine the department's workflow and expand its capabilities

Related experience:

Potential team members who have at least one year of experience in a dental or medical environment (ideally, in a front office setting) are preferred. But that is certainly not a prerequisite. We are more than willing to work with talented, compassionate individuals who demonstrate noteworthy teamwork skills and a genuine drive to serve patients.
