Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, making it essential to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting guests, and providing essential administrative support to our staff. In addition to multitasking and handling various inquiries with efficiency, you will play a significant role in maintaining our office's organization and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing information when necessary.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the calendar for staff.
• Handle mailing, shipping, and receiving of packages and correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers.
• Familiarity with office management software and applications.
