Central Ohio Nutrition Center in Gahanna, OH is looking for one receptionist to join our 46 person strong team. We are located on 648 Taylor Rd., Gahanna. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Hours

• PT 23-28 hours.
• Some mornings, afternoon and evenings, and Saturday morning

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments as needed
• Fill product orders and enter into our system
• Receive co-pay and payment for products
• Restock products
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with other staff members

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
