Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment with best-in-class service, hospitality, and food and beverage.; Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls meeting costume standards and follow audition guidelines.; Ensure Steps of Service and P.E.A.K.S. service to every table; coach staff accordingly.; Maintain training schedules, programs, and materials for new employees; coach and counsel team members.; Uphold cleanliness standards, health code compliance, and accurate cash handling including draws, checkouts, and bank deposits.
