We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellence.Key Responsibilities:* Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner, adhering to all company policies and procedures.* Safely transport completed picks to the designated packing staging area.* Communicate consistently with the Picking Team Lead to address and resolve any discrepancies or errors.* Follow quality standards, promptly reporting any inventory issues to the Team Lead.* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that containers and picking areas are always functioning properly.* Pack customer orders accurately by reviewing product SKUs, weights, and quantities before shipping.* Efficiently seal, label, and stack packages for shipment, loading them onto trailers as required.* Collaborate with other departments as directed by management, supporting Fulfillment Center operations.Qualifications:* Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.* Experience with RF scanners is a plus but not essential.* Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.Why Join Us?At Partners Personnel, we value your contributions and offer opportunities for growth and advancement in your career.
