Position Summary: The Pool Cashier/Runner supports the concession operation by providing accurate transactions, food delivery, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service to members and guests during the summer pool season.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cash drawer accountability
• Deliver food orders to designated pickup areas (optional)
• Maintain cleanliness of concession and surrounding areas
• Restock beverages, supplies, and condiments
• Communicate effectively with grill staff
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work outdoors in summer conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance throughout season
