Job Details

The Medical Receptionist will work as a team player and play a vital role in our medically supervised weight management clinic. You will work closely with our Clinical Director and Medical Assistants to ensure a smooth patient experience from their first phone call to checking them out at their weekly visits.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for patients via phone
• Assisting patients in scheduling appointments both during clinic and during office hours
• Check out patients and help them with product purchases
• Provide motivation and support to patients
• Effectively communicate with dietitians, physicians, nurse practitioners and medical assistants
• Work with our Clinical Director to implement standard processes
• Track patient details including referral types and contact through our CRM

Qualifications:

• Experience with any Medical Scheduling and Billing Software
• Fluency in Google Workplace Apps (or Microsoft Office Suite)
• Excellent communication skills
• High-level time management and organization
• Strong work ethic and performance standards
• An outgoing and energetic personality

Clinic hours include some evenings and weekends but can be flexible. An individualized work schedule will be determined by the candidate and the Clinical Director.
