Westlake Royal Building Products, a vinyl siding manufacturer in Columbus OH, has a full-time opening for a Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for the preventative and routine maintenance functions for all extrusion equipment and support systems in all manufacturing facilities. This schedule for this position would be one of the following; Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday 7:00 pm-7:00 am. Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday 7:00 pm-7:00 am. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Good understanding of PCs and PLC troubleshooting. Installing new plant equipment. Able to document changes, equipment modifications, and new installations. Ability to plan work that requires knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and principals to effectively accomplish assigned work with minimal interruption to production.
