Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Integrated Scheduler for our Maritime and Spectrum Solutions Division. This position is located in Columbus, Ohio and will play a crucial role in our mission to develop unique solutions for both US Government and commercial clients. A prime example of our innovation is the RavenStar, a revolutionary ultrawide bandwidth steerable aperture technology.
As a Lead Integrated Scheduler, you will collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, technicians, supply chain experts, and program managers. Together, you will build modular, scalable, and standards-compliant hardware, including RavenStar-enabled radio units (RUs) that support LTE and 5G channels. Your work will directly impact:
- Efficient production planning through modular analog front ends and scalable architectures.
- Cross-functional coordination, integrating mechanical, RF, and digital systems.
- Lean manufacturing and scheduling to simplify logistics and reduce installation timelines.
In this role, you'll be central to aligning production timelines, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of innovative systems that are reshaping the future of 5G technologies.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage a resource-loaded integrated master schedule, collaborating with Project Managers, Production, and Engineering Team Leads.
- Analyze data independently using Microsoft Project while communicating regularly with various internal stakeholders.
- Develop labor forecasting and capacity plans by assessing future resource needs.
- Establish integrated master schedules and workflow coordination to meet business deadlines.
- Identify and report critical paths, constraints, and risks to project management and leadership.
- Train Project Managers and support staff on effective use of Microsoft Project for program management.
- Assist with proposal activities by creating preliminary schedules and Gantt charts.
- Work closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to keep schedules updated and identify risk mitigation strategies.
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in creating and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project at an advanced level.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in schedule management within a complex development and production environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as Oracle, Deltek, Costpoint, or SAP.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a record of effective delivery.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus 5-8 years in developing and implementing integrated master scheduling.
- History of thriving in detail-oriented environments and adapting easily between tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Willingness to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Planisware Project Management Software, Power BI, and Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management or certification as an Earned Value Management Professional (EVMP).
- PMP certification.
- Possession of a current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
