Description:

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. During the early phase, you'll oversee daily retail operations and provide light office support. As the store scales, this role will evolve into a full-time Store Manager position, focused entirely on the office and retail leadership and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day retail operations, including POS, inventory, merchandising, and customer experience
  • Lead store launch activities and establish operational processes
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming store environment
  • Support light office operations during the initial setup phase
  • Hire, train, and lead store associates as the business grows

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of retail management or store operations experience
  • Strong customer service mindset and visual merchandising skills
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Tech-savvy with POS systems and basic office tools
  • Flexible schedule for occasional evenings or weekends
