Key Responsibilities

Forklift Operation

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts (or other material-handling equipment).
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Move pallets, product, and inventory to designated areas.
• Inspect forklift before and after use; report mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety rules, speed limits, and warehouse traffic guidelines.

General Labor Duties

• Perform order picking, packing, palletizing, and staging of product.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes.
• Use hand tools and warehouse equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment (sweeping, trash removal, debris clearing).
• Support inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and complete work efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to obtain valid forklift certification.
• Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable Transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, reach, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required.
• Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Compensation details: 18-18 Hourly Wage
