Innovative Cleaning Services - - Responsibilities: Act as an equipment spotter for lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other construction equipment; Maintain visual awareness of multiple pieces of equipment (typically 34 at a time); Watch for hazards, obstructions, pedestrians, and unsafe job site conditions; Communicate clearly with equipment operators and crew members to ensure safe movement and operation; Perform general construction labor duties including sweeping, job site cleanup, collecting, hauling, and disposing of trash and debris, keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
