Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials, and directing authorized individuals to the appropriate location.; Control entry and exit at gates, lobbies, and restricted areas by operating access control systems, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor logs, and documenting access-related activity per policy.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching notifications, coordinating with site contacts, and supporting emergency response activities as directed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around utility operations areas and the perimeter, observing for unusual conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access and/or damage, and reporting findings per procedure.; Monitor alarms, cameras, and communication systems as assigned, complete required reports, and communicate security-related information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
