Schedule: Different shifts available

Pay Rates:
• 1st Shift: $17.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: $18.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: $18.50/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable Packers to join a manufacturing production team in Hilliard. This role is responsible for inspecting and packaging plastic food products while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products to ensure they meet visual quality specifications

• Pack finished plastic products according to order requirements

• Count and verify the correct quantity per box

• Assemble boxes and prepare them for shipment

• Communicate with machine operators and supervisors regarding product quality or machine conditions

• Repack products when necessary to maintain quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Complete required production documentation

• Assist team members and provide coverage for breaks or lunches as needed

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not required

• Ability to follow production instructions and quality standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork

Pay Details: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour
