Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, students, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures; Conduct entry screening duties at designated access points, which may include checking credentials, managing visitor sign-in, and performing bag checks and/or use of screening equipment; Monitor assigned entrances and nearby areas for unusual activity, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and report concerns promptly; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with crowd control and de-escalation when needed while requesting additional support as appropriate; Complete required logs and documentation such as screening records, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate notable security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision
