Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Assembler opportunities in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities for an Assembler include but are not limited to:

· Winding transformer coils using engineering specifications, blueprints, schematics, and specification sheets to produce high-quality components for UPS assemblies.

· Fabricating parts and staging completed products for assembly while utilizing materials efficiently with minimal waste.

· Operating winding machines and production equipment including sizing plates, torch, air tools, band saw, belt sander, shear, hoist, micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.

· Following safety policies and work instructions , adhering to company standards for safety, attendance, quality, and production; working overtime as needed.

Candidates for Assembler must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar manufacturing or coil winding position with basic electronics knowledge.

· Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and specification sheets and apply data to specific work types.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and rulers (fractions, tenths, hundredths, and thousandths of an inch).

· Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; safety-conscious with the ability to follow detailed work instructions.

Pay Details: $21.85 per hour
