Position Summary

The Cleaning Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring that our venue remains clean, safe, and inviting for both guests and team members. You will be actively involved both behind the scenes and on the floor to uphold our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and brand integrity. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, have an eye for detail, and excel in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guest-facing areas are kept impeccably clean, including restrooms, gaming areas, lanes, bars, seating, and entrances.
  • Sanitize surfaces, floors, fixtures, and high-touch areas throughout the venue regularly.
  • Continuously monitor restrooms during open hours and restock supplies as needed.
  • Promptly and safely remove trash and recycling.
  • Carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks before, during, and after operational hours.
  • Quickly respond to spills, breakages, or safety hazards to maintain a safe environment.
  • Safely and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects or venue resets as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including operations, bar, and floor staff, to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Identify and report potential hazards like spills, damaged flooring, or malfunctioning equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
  • Capacity to work independently while effectively managing time.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Availability for opening shifts is required.
Physical Requirements
  • Capability to complete essential cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, moving through the venue and using stairs as necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
  • Skill in safely using cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hospitality setting with varying noise levels, lighting, and guest traffic.

  • On call
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability
