As a Scheduling Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating care to help our seniors live comfortably and independently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling: Learn and master our scheduling system to effectively match caregivers with clients based on care needs and personality fit.
• Monitor & Adjust: Ensure caregivers are punctual for their shifts, and handle any last-minute schedule changes or emergencies with efficiency.
• Caregiver & Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and their families by providing regular updates and resolving concerns promptly.
• Administrative Excellence: Keep accurate and detailed records for scheduling, payroll, and billing. Document updates in the system and ensure all team members have the necessary information for smooth operations.
• On-Call Coverage: Participate in the on-call rotation, accepting pre-scheduled evening and weekend shifts from home, to address any urgent needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with caregivers, clients, and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving and Resourcefulness: Capable of tackling challenges head-on with creative solutions and adaptability.
• Customer Service Excellence: Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Computer Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling software is a plus; WellSky experience is especially valued.
• Experience: While experience in home care or scheduling is preferred, it is not required. Any caregiving experience is a plus but not necessary.
