Role: L2 PeopleSoft Finance

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Key Modules: GL, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 application support for PeopleSoft Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional and technical issues escalated from L1.
• Ensure system stability and timely resolution of production incidents.
• Work closely with business users to support finance processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
• Assist in testing during patching, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Utilize PeopleSoft tools such as SQL, PeopleSoft Query, Process Monitor, and Report Manager.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with L3 teams for enhancements and defect fixes.
• Document resolutions, SOPs, and best practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle database and PeopleTools stack.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
