Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities: Cleans and disinfects guest room bathrooms and living areas, including tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, using approved tools and chemicals.; Strip and make beds using proper linen-handling techniques and brand-approved bed-making standards, replacing linens and terry to ensure accuracy and presentation quality.; Vacuums carpets and hard floors, removes trash and recycling, and maintains overall cleanliness of assigned guest rooms.; Restocks guestroom supplies and amenities according to established par levels and reports missing, damaged, or removed items promptly.; Greet guests professionally when encountered, offer courteous assistance, and respond to guest requests or concerns with urgency and professionalism.
