McKesson - - Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and email requests from Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations and reimbursement issues; Outbound calls to follow up on open issues that require additional research by the representative, another department or the PBM; Work with cross-functional teams to ensure value proposition is identified and communicated with members including contract updates, industry news and trends; Once tenured in role, serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups; Provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues
