Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities.

Responsibilities include organizing keys and documents, communicating with departments and customers, processing payments, providing information about auxiliary services, ensuring superior customer service, supporting safety commitments, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include previous in-person customer service experience, computer skills, excellent keyboarding skills, a commitment to fantastic customer service, the ability to work well in high-pressure situations, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
