Your Role and Impact
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at PetSmart, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain leadership team. You will engage with various functions such as order fill, replenishment, shipping, or receiving. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of up to 30 associates in a performance-focused culture
• Providing guidance and coaching to ensure safety and efficiency
• Overseeing one or more distribution functions
• Planning and organizing daily operations of the distribution center
• Adjusting workloads to meet production and delivery goals
• Communicating daily objectives, recognizing achievements, and identifying areas for improvement
• Leading teams in a dynamic work environment
• Coaching and ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards
• Managing talent acquisition through effective interviewing
• Communicating with upper management and cross-functional teams
• Utilizing software and analytics to optimize operations and track performance

Your Qualifications

• A passion for pets and people with a desire for a rewarding career
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse or distribution leadership
• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry
• Comfort with alternating between standing, sitting, and walking throughout shifts
• Willingness to operate industrial and mechanical equipment with proper training
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and noise levels
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $97,500.00
Compensation based on experience, skills, and location.
