In this role you will play a direct role in creating the colors you see in nearly every aisle of every store you walk through. Without you, many of the goods you routinely purchase won't get onto the shelves.
In this role you will perform a broad range of complex technical, administrative and supervisory duties within a large sized customer plant pertaining to daily ink room management and operation; coordinates jobs being set up for presses; oversees and monitors the work completed by the client and customer employees. Meets customer needs to the best of the incumbent's ability, in line with the client's philosophy that the customer is the #1 priority. Complies with all company policies and standards.
Job Responsibilities
-Performs technical services and press-side trouble shooting.
-Actively participates on 'Customer Problem Solving Team.
-Promotes positive customer relations.
-Responsible for maintaining finished ink inventory goals related to consignment or other predetermined systems.
-Blends inks for jobs on press.
-Sets up job standards for presses.
-Maintains color files.
