Distribution Training Center Manager

The Distribution Training Center Manager is responsible for leading the onboarding and training of frontline employees and new leaders at a manual and automated fulfillment center. This role ensures training programs are aligned with live operations and continuously improved to reflect evolving production needs.

Key responsibilities include overseeing onboarding for frontline staff and leadership roles in coordination with HR and staffing agencies, designing and delivering training programs that mirror live operations and workflows, maintaining smooth daily operations of the training center, coordinating cross-departmental training schedules for new leaders, supervising and supporting one direct report (Trainer), ensuring training materials and methods are inclusive for a multilingual workforce (English, Spanish, French Creole), communicating with remote leadership and local site leaders to secure buy-in and feedback, proposing and implementing improvements to training processes and infrastructure, and tracking training throughput and maintaining records of onboardings.

Required skills and experience include a strong operational background in distribution or fulfillment environments, familiarity with WMS systems and handheld scanner technology, proven ability to lead, delegate, and influence across levels, experience in training delivery or instructional design, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, self-driven and capable of operating independently with remote supervision, and a servant leadership mindset with assertive diplomacy toward senior stakeholders.

Pay range: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
