THE OPPORTUNITY
The Service Manager is pivotal in creating an outstanding customer experience by ensuring that safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will play a key role in training the restaurant crew to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized work environment with fully operational equipment. When there are no specific tasks at hand, you will proactively assess and assist with other necessary responsibilities.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Base pay for this position ranges from $16.30 to $18.14 per hour, with opportunities for digital tips. Actual compensation may vary based on skill level, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, Chipotle offers a comprehensive benefits package.
