Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable, trustworthy relationships through open discussions.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information using the appropriate methods and tools.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts accurately.
  • Follow established communication guidelines and policies.
  • Engage customers and go the extra mile to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in customer support or as a client service representative is preferred.
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent in the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
  • Reliable 40 hour work week.
  • Schedule: M-F 8am - 4pm CST with alternating Saturdays 8am - 6pm CST.

Salary: $30,000-$40,000/year
