Construction Laborer - Commercial & Industrial Projects

Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Construction Laborers for a long-term opportunity in New Albany, OH. Earn $17-$22 per hour based on experience and start building a career in the construction and low-voltage industry!

Construction Laborers at Next Level Technician work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, including data centers, schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Every project is different; giving you hands-on experience and a chance to grow your skillset fast.

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
  
  
• Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed
  
  
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly use PPE
  
  
• Learn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks (pulling cable, labeling, staging materials)
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  
• Take direction and training to develop technical skills over time
  
  

Requirements:

• No prior experience required - full training provided
  
  
• Interest in building a long-term career in cabling or construction trades
  
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions
  
  
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
  
  
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
  
  
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
