Job Overview

Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records.

Specialty: Pulmonary and Sleep. Location: 5300 N Meadows Dr Building 2, Suite 3820, Grove City, OH 43123.

Hours of office: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Possible hybrid post training - 6 months to 1 year.

Position Purpose

Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome patients
  • Register patients
  • Gather insurance, check demographics
  • Soft collections
  • Answering incoming calls
  • EPIC

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent
  • Licensure / Certification: N/A
  • Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
  • Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
