About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will help keep our apartment community in great shape by completing daily maintenance and repairs. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a team.

You'll play a big part in making sure apartments are move-in ready and that residents feel taken care of. If you're eager to learn and want a long-term career path, this is a great opportunity.
What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Complete resident maintenance service requests
  • Help with apartment "make-ready" turns (getting units ready for new move-ins)
  • Keep the property looking clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Work alongside experienced technicians and supervisors who will help you learn
  • Assist with vendor and subcontractor work when needed
  • Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Take on other maintenance tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For

You don't have to know everything already. We're looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to learn.

• A great fit for this role may include:
  • Interest or basic experience with things like painting, light carpentry, HVAC, appliances, or minor repairs
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Any maintenance experience is a plus (residential, retail, or commercial)
  • Ability to help during an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks like standing, bending, climbing, and using ladders
