Part-Time Recruiter

Are you a dynamic and energetic recruiter looking to make an impact? Join our growing company in a part-time, fully remote role where your skills in finding and attracting top talent will shine!

Your Responsibilities:

1. Directly recruit exceptional candidates through various channels including cold calling, networking, advertising, job fairs, and college outreach. Maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates across departments to support our ongoing growth.
2. Screen and manage candidates using our HR system, ensuring up-to-date records.
3. Collaborate with and oversee external search firms to identify the best talent.
4. Educate and train managers and executives on effective networking and talent acquisition strategies.
5. Support additional consulting efforts such as selecting new HR technologies, corporate training, employee development, and compensation planning.
6. Assist in updating and refining HR policies.

About You:

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of success.
• A bachelor's degree.
• Strong computer skills.
