Ticket Manager - CASE

• Serve as a member of the ticket office team that is committed to excellence and advancing the Mershon Auditorium and the Schottenstein Center through its strategic plan.

• Manage ticketing operations for non-Wexner Center events at Merson Auditorium, in addition to supporting any CASE events, as assigned.

• Responsible for the development of seating manifests, ticket pricing and seating configurations, as well as the programming and modification of all computerized ticket information through communication with facility staff, promoters, and ticketing providers for Mershon Auditorium.

• Coordinate information distribution, inventory management, ticket order fulfillment and processing, financial reporting, and ticket settlements.

• Collaborate with other department areas on assigned events to coordinate ticketing needs for sales, marketing, promotions, and event operations.

• Work to ensure appropriate staffing at events and assists with resolving customer issues and concerns via established ticket office policies and customer service procedures.

• Manage part-time staff during event shifts.

• Serve as backup for the Associate Ticket Director for the Schottenstein Center.

• Provide customer service for CASE events through email and over the phone.

• Assist with group ticket processing for Mershon Auditorium and Schottenstein Center events.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
