Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Lead all second-shift manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with USDA/FDA regulations and BRC/SQF standards
  • Manage and develop supervisors, crew leads, and production teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives impacting OEE, yield, uptime, and cost
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to resolve production issues
  • Enforce safe work practices and conduct regular safety inspections
  • Align resources and priorities to meet operational and regulatory goals
  • Communicate clearly across shifts and leadership levels

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of food manufacturing experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements
  • Experience leading teams in a multi-shift operation
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Lean or CI experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
