TRG Maintenance LLC is seeking a skilled Hotside/Cooking Equipment Technician to support our field operations team. In this role, you will perform installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial cooking equipment-such as ovens, fryers, grills, warmers, and steamers-ensuring safe, consistent, and efficient kitchen operations for our commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, griddles, fryers, ranges, steamers, warmers).
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in cooking equipment and ensure efficient repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
• Document work performed via service software and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and organized work vehicle.
• Work independently and manage assigned service calls with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking equipment or commercial kitchen appliance service.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Must be dependable, enthusiastic, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• No specific certifications are required for this role, but technical training is a plus.

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Overtime available

Location:

• Remote Field Operations - Technicians will travel to commercial kitchen sites within the designated service area.
