Job Duties:

• Prepare and organize clean silverware for service.
• Promptly remove dirty utensils, plates, and drinks from tables.
• Clean and reset tables after guests depart.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including sweeping and taking out trash.
• Assist guests throughout their dining experience.
• Effectively communicate with management to resolve guest issues constructively.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure all guest needs are met.
• Assist with food running as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout dining and kitchen areas.
• Follow managerial directions throughout shifts.
• Engage with guests to assist with their needs.

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
• Able to stand and remain active for an 8-12 hour shift.
• Able to hear and respond to requests in a loud environment.
• Able to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout shifts.
