Work Scope
Plumbers will be working on commercial service and special projects across OSU Campus, Children's Hospital, and other secured facilities in Columbus, OH.

Duties include:
• Performing commercial plumbing service work at a senior level
• Troubleshooting and repairing domestic water systems
• Running gas lines as needed
• Repairing, replacing, and upgrading plumbing systems
• Handling service calls and special projects
• Working independently to diagnose and fix virtually any plumbing issue
• Communicating clearly with site contacts and project teams
• Using technology for work orders, documentation, and communication
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial Plumber Requirements
• 10+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Strong service background with proven troubleshooting ("killer skills")
• Experience with gas piping, domestic water, and repairs/replacements
• Tech savvy (comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, or digital work orders)
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English REQUIRED
• Valid Plumbing License OR Journeyman Plumber Certification REQUIRED
• OSHA 10 REQUIRED
• Ability to pass a 12-panel drug test
• Ability to pass a clean military background check
• Must bring all required plumbing hand tools
• ALL PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, service-oriented attitude
