Customer Service Rep
About The Role
Working in a print center mailroom involves a unique blend of printing, mail handling, and administrative tasks. The specific duties can vary depending on the size and scope of the operation, but generally include:

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Printing and production: Operating and maintaining equipment, handling print jobs, finishing and binding, and quality control.
  • Mailroom operations: Receiving and processing mail, preparing outgoing mail, package handling, and digital mail processing.
  • Other tasks: Inventory management, record keeping, troubleshooting equipment, customer service, maintaining the work area, and driving a company vehicle.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.
  • Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.
  • Experience with data entry is desirable.
  • Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing.

Skills

  • Communication: Verbally conveying information clearly and professionally, writing emails, reports, and documentation accurately and effectively, active listening, and empathy.
  • Customer Service: Customer-Centric Mindset, prioritizing client satisfaction and experience, service knowledge, and adaptability.
  • Technical: CRM tools, familiarity with customer relationships management and software, understanding and interpreting client feedback and data, and navigating tools like emails and collaboration software.
