Outside Sales Opportunity – Business Development Manager (Hunter Role)

Ready to take on a true hunter sales role? Elwood Staffing is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business in the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics space. This is a full-time, outside sales position for motivated professionals who thrive on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

What You'll Do (Hunter Role):

• Actively prospect and hunt for new business
• Spend 70–75% of your time in the field meeting prospects
• Open doors, build relationships, and close new accounts
• Present customized staffing solutions
• Own and grow your territory with no internal competition

What We're Looking For:

• Competitive, self-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach
• No sales experience required — we train the right attitude
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver's license
