Maintenance Technician III

Pay: Depends on experience ($35-$40)

1st shift: (Must be comfortable with Overtime)

Job Description

• You will engage in both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues within our plant. Utilize both basic hand tools and specialized tools provided to ensure machinery operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems in the plant.

• Perform both reactive and preventative maintenance functions.

• Utilize basic hand tools and provided specialty tools for repairs.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics.

• Work with 480V 3-phase electrical systems.

• Handle PLCs and troubleshoot related issues.

• Manage conveyor systems and perform simple hydraulic repairs.

• Operate with inputs and outputs, including ammonia refrigeration systems.

Essential Skills

• Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience with PLCs.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics.

• Knowledge of 480V 3-phase systems.

• Understanding of conveyor systems and hydraulic equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
