Job Title: Electrical Installer
Pay Range: $24.00-$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am- 2:30pm

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, wiring, and assembling electrical components with a focus on accuracy, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate is electrically inclined, experienced with power tools, and brings passion, drive, and a self-starter attitude to their work. A background in HVAC-particularly with heaters and air conditioners-is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and wire electrical components and systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Read and interpret basic electrical diagrams, instructions, and measurements.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete daily tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical or mechanical issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and installation goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be electrically inclined with a strong understanding of basic electrical principles.
• HVAC experience-especially involving heaters and air conditioners-is a strong plus.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and complete tasks with accuracy.
• Self-starter with passion, motivation, and the ability to work independently.
• Mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as required (insert weight limit if needed, e.g., up to 50 lbs).
