This will be full time.If you are interested in Correctional FNP Opportunity, please contact Michelle at 586-###-#### or ...@alinestaffing.com.Correctional FNP HoursThe schedule is weekdays only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays).Shifts can have some flexibility with start and end times based on facility operations.The assignment is projected to last 3 months but may be extended based on need and mutually good fit.Correctional FNP CompensationThe pay for this position is $70.00 an hourBenefits are available to full-time employeesA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.Correctional FNP ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care services to an incarcerated adult population, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditionsPerform physical exams, health screenings, sick-call evaluations, and intake assessmentsPrescribe, manage, and monitor medications in accordance with state regulations and institutional protocolsOrder, interpret, and follow up on laboratory tests and diagnostic studiesDevelop and implement treatment plans while considering security and operational requirements of the correctional environmentProvide emergency and urgent care, including triage and stabilization as neededCollaborate with physicians, nurses, mental health staff, and correctional officers to ensure coordinated patient careMaintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation in electronic health recordsEducate patients on disease management, medications, and health promotionParticipate in infection control, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with regulatory standardsAssist with continuity of care planning, including referrals and pre-release health planningAdhere to all safety, security, and institutional policies and proceduresCorrectional FNP RequirementsFNP License1 year of experienceIf you think this Correctional FNP Opening is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
