Position Summary
The Direct Support Professional (Float) Columbus market is responsible for providing direct care for clients with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a supported living or community-based environment. This includes assisting leadership with the coordination of staff activities, the whereabouts of all clients under their supervision, and ensuring that required documentation (i.e., client notes, community-based notes, administration records, client financial records, and vehicle logs, etc.) is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Incumbents are on call twenty-four hours a day and must respond in a timely manner to unexpected events and/or emergencies with clients under their care.
Retention Bonus: $500 after 90 days and $500 after 180 days
