Its why weve built a culture-focused and diverse environment that offers opportunities for advancement with industry-leading benefits./ppBenefits you can count on:/pulliPay rate: Training - $21.00 per hour, 100% Production - $24.25 per hour, with potential of additional pay incentives./liliSchedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, with 1 mandatory weekend shift -10am start work until complete, with the potential of overtime as needed./liliOff days- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday./liliGenerous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance./liliEarn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days./lili401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days./liliAdditional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!/li/ulpWhat youll do as a Warehouse Selector:/pulliSelect product and load trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse and moving product within the warehouse./liliMay work in various areas of the warehouse such as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and others./liliMcLane provides freezer suits, hats, and gloves to you./liliReview documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product./liliDrive and operate a reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product within the warehouse and dock./liliHand-stack product on occasion when items are off balance or in the wrong location./liliShrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders./liliClean work area./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications youll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:/pulliAt least 18 years of age./liliAble to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift to 50 pounds or more./liliAt least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift is preferred, but not required./liliThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
