Youll guide them through their available options, answer questions, and ensure each individual feels confident and informed in their choices./ppTypical responsibilities include:/pulliManaging incoming and outgoing communications with members who have shown interest in learning more/liliSetting up and conducting virtual consultations to review benefits and eligibility/liliProviding clear, accurate, and empathetic explanations of available programs/liliCompleting necessary forms, documentation, and follow-ups/liliMaintaining accurate records and ensuring high-quality standards in all processes/liliTaking part in ongoing training sessions and mentorship programs to strengthen your professional skills/liliWorking closely with team leaders and colleagues to maintain smooth communication and consistent service/li/ulpThis role is fully remote, allowing you to work comfortably from home while being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment thats focused on your long-term success./ph2Who Thrives Here/h2pWere looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others and take pride in doing their work with care and professionalism.
