We are a lighting design and installation company based out of Columbus, Ohio, servicing commercial, industrial, and municipal customers throughout the state of Ohio and Midwest./ppThe primary responsibility is to ensure safe and reliable installation of electrical systems and devices. Typical projects will be related to lighting retrofit and lighting control projects. We are looking for a motivated and dependable electrician to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in pursuing this trade as a career and is excited to learn skills and gain experience under a journeyman electrician./ppJob Duties:/pulliTroubleshoots electrical issues for any projects needed./liliDiagnose electrical issues (loose neutrals, tracing circuits, switching controls, etc.)/liliReviews and looks over electrical plans/drawings/liliEnsures install crew is installing equipment correctly and up to electrical code standards/liliDetermines if product is suitable for intended applications/liliCompletes service calls and rotates for emergency work/liliProgram control systems/liliFollow blueprints or electrical schematics to help install and repair electrical wiring/liliPerforms EV charging installs/liliFamiliar with hand and power tools/liliFollow directions and climb heights/liliAssist with any aspect of an electrical project and daily responsibilities/liliAdditional duties as needed/li/ulpRequired Skills and Abilities:/pulliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail/liliAbility to communicate through multiple mediums (text, email, phone)/liliGeneral knowledge of commercial construction material/liliAbility to use common hand and power tools/liliPhysically able to maneuver ladders, fixtures, equipment, and tools daily/liliMust be able to travel throughout the week (Home most weekends)/liliMust be able to work flexible schedule and be on call if needed/liliMust have a valid State Issued Drivers License/liliExperience operating lifts: exp: Scissor Lift or Boom Lift/li/ulpBenefits:/pulliShift Travel Pay Differential, Paid Travel, Lodging, Mileage and Per Diem when traveling/liliTuition Sponsorship and Reimbursement Options Available/liliHealth, Dental, Vision, Company Paid and Voluntary Life and ADD, Simple IRA, Short- and Long-Term Disability/liliHoliday and paid off time available according to company policies/li/ul/div
